New Construction Project Update – Dec. 2022

There continues to be a lot of activity at CityLink’s facilities on NE Jefferson in the past month! The latest updates from the new paint/body shop (Phase A) and the new maintenance and administrative facilities (Phase B) construction project for CityLink, are below.

Phase A – Rear Building (Paint/Body Shop):

• Punch List – 99% complete
• Close Out Documents – 99% complete from subcontractor
  • Design team reviewing
• Owner Training for compressor
  • Start up training completed
  • Scheduling overall training with CityLink
• Currently 99% complete on Phase A

Phases B, C, & D:

• ANJ Electric
  • Backfilled duct bank east of garage
  • Formed & poured CT cabinet & transformer pads
• JJB Masonry
  • Installed concrete masonary units (CMU) at the elevator shaft #2, garage, and stairwell in the garage
• Hanley (United Ironworkers)
  • Erecting the three-story building and garage building steel
  • Last beam was officially placed on Dec. 9
• River City Construction (RCC)
  • Installed temporary doors at wash bay & garage
  • Overhead doors installed in temporary tent structure
• Currently 29.77% complete on Phases B, C, & D
