What is the application process?
Once we have received your application, we will call you to schedule an evaluation. Transportation is provided to the evaluation and it is free of charge. You will be notfied of eligibility within 21 days.
What is the cost?
It costs $2.00 per trip or $4.00 roundtrip.

· Before 5:00 p.m. today qualified CityLift passengers must make appointment to attend fireworks for July 3 and/or July 4. Cost for transportation to fireworks is regular CityLift price $2.00 each way.
Saturday, July 3, 2010
· The last regular pick-up will be at 8:45 p.m.
· Regular CityLift offices hours.
Fireworks transportation only by prior arrangement before 5:00 p.m. July 2.

· No regular van service.
