CityLink was recently named as an Honorable Mention in 2015 for the Top Fleets in the Americas. Among the 12 criteria for the 100 Best Fleets, CityLink’s application included examples in Use of Technology & Information, Performance Recognition, Doing It Right the First Time, Consideration for the Environment, Evidence of High Trust Culture, and Accountability.

Today CityLink celebrates its 45th Anniversary. When the private bus company in Peoria ceased operations, the leadership of the City of Peoria, Village of Peoria Heights, and West Peoria Township saw the need for the Greater Peoria Area to have public transportation.
