CityLink Route and Schedule Information is Now Available in Google Maps

CityLink route and schedule information is now live in Google Maps and available for the general public to use.  Simply provide the trip origin and destination in Google Maps and click or tap on the train icon.  Users are then provided the routes available from their point of origin to their destination, the estimated length of the trip, walking directions, fare information and schedule information.
Google Maps can be used as an alternative to the printed CityLink Rider’s Guide.  All of the information included in the Rider’s Guide is available to use in Google Maps on both desktop computers and mobile devices, which makes it convenient for riders who may need to find a way to work or school, but don't want to or don't have time to sort through the printed Rider’s Guide.
“We are pleased that CityLink route and schedule information is now available in Google Maps for our current customers and for visitors to the Greater Peoria Area,” said CityLink Interim General Manager and Assistant General Manager of Operations, Doug Roelfs.  “This has helped CityLink further expand its presence online and we hope this tool will encourage potential riders to become active riders.”
CityLink plans to add a Trip Planner to its website in the future in which users will be able to enter the necessary information in the Trip Planner by either street address, cross streets or major landmarks along with the trip date and desired arrival or departure times.  More information on the Trip Planner tool will be released when it becomes available on
