At the September 19, 2016 GPMTD Board of Trustees meeting, Heller Outdoor Group was awarded an exclusive contract to sell advertising on CityLift paratransit vehicles. Since the contract was awarded, President/Owner of Heller Outdoor Group, Neil Heller, has been very busy selling advertising wraps to local businesses in the Greater Peoria area. Thanks to a generous donation by MV Transportation, the operator of CityLift, coupled with the assistance of Angel and Brian from CityLift and GPMTD’s Director of Mobility Andy Dwyer, some EP!C riders now are equipped with “Blue Loops”. These Loops ensure that a rider is secured the best way possible, each and every time they ride a CityLift vehicle.
